Syazwani obtained her LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2014 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in August 2015. She is currently the anchor of the firm’s Conveyancing Department.

Syazwani has years of experience in numerous real property transactions and conveyancing matters, Conventional and Islamic loan matters for property financing and re-financing.

NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS 

  • Advised financial institutions on documentation and disbursement of facility in respect of the purchase of residential and commercial properties.

  • Assisted in drafting the sale and purchase agreement for the selling of RM 20 million worth of land owned by a government-listed company.

  • Advised financial institutions in respect of the re-financing and re-mortgage of properties.

  • Advised individual clients on real property transactions, including sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties from developers and secondary market sales.

  • Attended to the requisite pre-disbursement legal opinion demanded by Conventional and Islamic financial institutions.

  • Advised clients on other general conveyancing practices.
