Jing Min obtained his LL.B. (Hons) from the UK Degree Transfer Programme offered jointly by HELP University, Malaysia and Cardiff University, Wales in the year 2016. He was subsequently admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2019 after completing his Certificate in Legal Practice. He joins Vin Cheng & Co in mid-March of 2022.


Jing Min’s area of practice is in dispute resolution mainly construction law, probate-related disputes, civil and corporate disputes. 


  • Acted for a sub-contractor in a dispute involving the Sungai Malacca Rehabilitation and Beautification Project. 

  • Acted for a contractor in an arbitration dispute involving construction of roads in Perlis. 

  • Acted for a sub-contractor in a dispute involving supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical Low Voltage for the Southkey Megamall Development. 

  • Acted in adjudication proceedings. 

  • Acted for an exclusive licensee in a copyright and passing off action involving publication of past year exam papers.

  • Acted in disputes involving copyright infringement.

  • Acted in disputes involving winding up proceedings.  

  • Acted in disputes involving sales of goods and/or services.
